Copper Springs 301 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condominium with a King Size Bed in the Master Bedroom, a Queen Size Bed in the 2nd Bedroom accommodating up to 4 people. This unit is beautifully decorated with a number of added Amenities including a Flat Screen TV, a Full-size Kitchen and free Wifi Access. This unit is approximately 900 sq. ft. with a spectacular view overlooking Copper Mountain, Copper Station and the Super Bee Chair Lift. The building's Amenities include Heated Underground parking Located in the East Village, where the lift lines are, at times, smaller and the ski runs are always bigger, Copper Springs 301 is ideal for friends traveling together or a family with 2 children. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-72627 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Any additional vehicles have to park at the North Alpine Lot. Please note that Copper is now charging $20 per night for overflow parking.

  We had a great time staying at the Copper Springs Lodge. It was super close to the super bee lift and the hot tubs at the end of the day were nice and had a lot of room. We didn't check out the other amenities in the clubhouse, but they would be fun if you have kids in your group.

  This would have been a perfect stay, except the beds were so uncomfortable that one of us slept on the floor and the other woke up with significant back pain. They appeared to be Temperpedic knockoffs that create significant indentations when any body weight is put on them. We were incredibly disappointed and couldn’t believe that Copper would select such cheap mattresses when charging so much! Wish we could get a refund.

  condo was not clean the bedroom sheets and blankets had dog hair all over them ! We messaged our contact to get new blankets and never saw anything. Condo is in a great location but would not stay again due to all the dog hair and the sheets, beds, and blankets.

  The unit was nice but smaller. Loved the heated garage. I wish there were better cubbies and hooks for ski clothing and shoes. We had a hard time trying to keep wet shoes and jackets off of carpeting and out of bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped, lots of humidifiers, and comfortable couches. A king bed in the master would be a plus.

  We had rented another unit and were surprised upon our arrival that we were changed to this unit. The property management manager was very kind and help to work things out, but we would have liked for the management company to not only email us about the move, but call us. We were very disappointed in the circumstance. The units location is wonderful. The unit itself was just ok. There needs to be work done such as bolting the toilets down (very wobbly), needs new kitchenware (pans were very old and other utensils were well used and broken), needs additional coffee mugs, needs more towels and blankets. Anytime we would use disposal, food would spit all over. We had to open up windows while showering because the smoke alarms would go off every time. In addition, the unit was just cleaned enough. The bedding and floor had dog hair and people hair everywhere. In the future, we will be staying in another location.

  The rental was really nice and perfect for 2 couples. It was close to the bus which was very convenient. The only few negatives were the fire alarm went off every time we took a shower in the main bathroom. It was very annoying and loud. I would advise to look into this for future guests. The other thing was the couch. It was a comfortable couch but it was very low to the floor and hard to get up and down.

  Great condo located in east village with view of the mountain. Just steps away from the golf course and ski lift for wintertime. Very clean and Nicely appointed unit with comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. The complex has 2 hot tubs that we enjoyed after long hikes and bike rides. This was a wonderful condo for our summer vacation. The management company was easy to work with for checking in and anything that we needed. We would definitely rent again.

  This condo was very clean, in a great location and with a beautiful view. Our only complaints were a lack of some kitchen items like foil and plastic wrap. Also the coffee maker is broken and screen door needs to be replaced.

  Really enjoyed our stay in the condo. Very easy walk to the Super Bee chair lift, Christy sports rental and Copper Commons. Condo was clean and comfortable. Copper Vacations did a great job setting up our rental and answering all our questions. Would rent this condo again.
