Mountain Plaza 304 is a spacious condominium, right in the heart of Center Village, that Sleeps 8 people. This 1200 square foot condominium has a nice open feel and plenty of room for the whole family. With three full baths, there is also plenty of separation. The Master Bedroom is furnished with a King Size Bed, a smart TV and Direct TV. The second bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds and bunk beds, a full size bath, smart TV and as well. Enjoy great views from the enclosed sun room and relax in the ample Living Room. Within the Living Room, cozy up to the Wood Burning Fireplace, take advantage of the Free Wi-Fi, watch the Direct TV on the smart TV/DVD player and dream away on the Queen Sofa Sleeper with Memory Foam. The Full Size Kitchen is apart of the open floor plan, perfect for enjoying company. This unit is about a 200 ft. walk to the American Eagle High Speed 6 person lift in our village and therefore considered "Ski-in/Ski-out." The building offers free internet access, heated underground parking, Laundry Facilities. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #BCA-72347 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Overflow parking may be available. Contact the rental management company to request a parking permit for overflow parking.   The folks at Copper Vacations are terrific to work with. Every interaction felt personal with an aim to please the customer.
  
  We had a situation, several months after booking a certain condo for several days for high season skiing, where I noticed (taking a look at pics of our condo) the Condo Owner had made a significant change in the bedding in the smaller second bedroom. We were two couples, 70 years old, and the new bedding was completely unsuitable. I called Copper Vacations who absolutely agreed with me. They said if I did not find a suitable alternative bookable through them that they would refund our money so we could book a more suitable unit with another agency if needed. Thought that was terrific.
  We did find Mountain Plaza 304 bookable with Copper Vacations and made the switch. This is a large condo, both bedrooms a good size with similar en suite bathrooms. As two couples we were looking for equitable bed/bath rooms. The unit has a good size living/dining area and kitchen. I enjoyed the enclosed porch. We did not have a mountain view as all units with even numbers at the end face the other direction. Mountain Plaza is likely the best location you will find at Copper, directly in Center Village. Ski lockers n the hallways, a Starbucks on ground floor as well as a Tavern restaurant for dine in or pick up to eat in your unit. You cant get much closer to major Center village lifts.
  
  The underground parking garage is a bit tight re number of spaces and everyone seems to have big vehicles. We did not take a planned evening outing to Breckenridge because it had started to lightly snow and we were afraid we might not find an inside parking spot when we returned. We were unsure which outside lot has overflow parking.
  
  In Conclusion, MP304 was a very good choice and Copper Vacations personnel are really friendly and provide top notch service.

  Arriving at 4:00pm doesn't leave you much time to connect with the management office when they close at 5:00pm. The person who answered when we called for help said they didn't have anyone after hours that could help us. Leaving a message for them to return my call was useless, nobody ever called. I don't understand how you can have parking garages at a ski resort that don't accommodate a Subaru with a Thule roof box. Knowing this ahead of time would have been helpful. You may want to add a note to your welcome email that gets sent out ahead of time!

  Our family of 5 had a great time. Mountain plaza is a great location. Super close to the American eagle gondola. Wood fire place with free wood us the best. Kitchen pretty stocked except for extra dish towels. Had a crockpot which was great. Plenty of room to spread our. The only thing missing was a washer and dryer which would be great. A cart to haul wood also would be nice. Beds were pretty comfortable however the blankets could be replaced. The place felt pretty clean except upon packing up we found a bra under a bed. Would return and recommend.
