  Spring skiing, short walk to slopes. Condo is nice, clean, a little dated. Location was good. Disappointed there was no hot tub. You need to drive to fitness club & pay to use facility.

  The only issue we had was the fire alarm for the building went off as we were moving in, and then in the evening one day. An owner of another unit said this was the 3rd alarm this month. So we wait outside in the cold until the fire department arrives, investigates, and shuts off the alarm. I removed one star from Overall satisfaction, only because the fire alarm system is very old and seems to be overly sensitive. Other than that, the unit was roomy and comfortable and right on the slopes.

  Clean enough and in decent shape. Kitchen could be equipped a little better, and tub drains slowly. Very convenient to center village and lifts.

  Kitchen needs to be reviewed & stocked properly. No coffee cups whatsoever. We had to buy our own turner/spatula for eggs, but they did have 2-3 frying pans. Location was nice & quiet & you could “ski in”.

  The unit was clean and very nice overall few problems.
  Was not notified we needed our own toilet paper and paper towels. The Toiled seat was loose and eventually fell of on Sunday. Trouble with the TV.
  We usually try to book our room at Spruce Lodge it has always been a great place. The issues will not
  change our opinion on Spruce Lodge but I feel
  the maintenance of the unit needs improvement.

  We stayed at the spruce lodge condo room 296 right after Thanksgiving for a race camp and just loved this condo. The spacious living room and large bedroom was great. The best was how close this is to the lift. I was able to ski in and ski out right from the complex. The garage was heated and the complex secure. I would definitely recommend this place.

  Only complaints are: 1) Living room TV didn't work and 2) No instructions as to how to light the gas fireplace. Other than that, it was great.
