  This condo has a great location. However, it needs some work. The kitchen probably dates back to 1970s. The Tv is on Rocu, so no local channels. Flooring in living area is dirty carpet. The bathroom looks as though it has been updated at some point. It did have a fireplace, but looked as though doors had been damaged so they had them locked.

  The unit is in a difficult location in the complex and after retrieving the check-in package, it is a significant effort to carry luggage and equip to this building and unit. Basically 3 flights and no elevator. It was clean and comfortable but our rate was for a level 5 unit and we paid for an average well used unit (electrical outlets need work, fireplace screen needs replaced, non-useable lamp cords couldn't reach an outlet, kitchen cabinets paint chipped and need repainting).

  Perfect value lodging at Copper Mountain. Less than a 5-minute walk to the Center Village, the condo was comfortable and reasonably maintained, the bed was fine, and the kitchen had decent provisions. If you're looking for a first-class, updated condo, this might not be for you, but if you're looking for a clean, well-located condo for a great price, I'd recommend it. I would return without question.

  We love staying at this condo due to its awesome location in Copper Mountain. Two minutes from center village with restaurants and shops. Tons of walking and open space for dogs to walk and run. We would have given 5 stars but the bedroom bed needs to updated. The sleeper sofa mattress is softer and more comfortable than the actual bedroom.

  The property management was excellent and very helpful. The size of the property is good, and the location is great. I enjoyed how close it was to Center Village, and it was very comfortable for my dog.
  
  The drawback for me was the furnishings, specifically the bed. It was not comfortable at all. I didn't sleep for 2 nights and on the third night, the management team brought me an air mattress that was much more comfortable than the bed. The pots and pans were not very good for cooking. They did have a nice toaster oven which was convenient and the fireplace was nice too.
  
  You must carry luggage up a steep staircase from the garage, so pack accordingly. I enjoyed the property, but probably would not go back because of the mattress. If they put in a better mattress, I would return to the property.

  Condo was in a great location, short walk to center village. Condo felt clean, although it was not ready for us at 4pm, had to wait 15-20 minutes. Our F-150 with raised cab did not fit into the parking garage at Ten Mile Haus, but a gate pass for the garage at Ten Mile lot was provided and we easily fit in there. Kitchen was lacking in sauce pans, but we were able to make what we had work.

  The management company communicated great about location, procedures, etc. and were prompt with responses to questions. Ten Mile Haus is a great location to walk to center village. We would ski down and then short walk to Pitchfork lift and then get to Super B. Ski back put us within 10’ of the door. Condo B9 is dated and that is ok if stocked. There was only 1 small sauce pan and 1 large stock pot for cooking. And we needed to run the loud dishwasher almost every day to have enough glasses and dishes for our needs for 2 guests. Fireplace was nice to have and the dog loved looking out the sliding door. Garage parking was nice and the community W/D worked for our needs.

  Being that close to the lifts and center village in a quaint and cozy condo was great. The amenities such as a full kitchen with appliances to cook a meal after a long day of skiing and a fireplace in the living room made the night so much more relaxing.   Thank goodness for a garage below for easier access because we are senior citizens and truly needed an elevator instead of about 25 steps, some outside. The condo was well-furnushed with a great fireplace and gas logs. Plenty of dishes and kitchen gadgets, though would've liked a scrubber in addition to a sponge. All and all, a nice get away and very handy to Magic Kingdom.

  This was our third time staying with Copper Vacations, each time in Ten Mile Haus in Center Village. These units are older than some other buildings in Copper Mountain, but well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. Check-in/out process was easy even though we arrived well after midnight. Location is great--just a few hundred feet to Center Village from our condo (B9). Parking situation is good; parking garage is easy to get to once you figure it out. One note: B9 has a queen/full size bed; others we have stayed in have a king--in case that matters to you. Would definitely recommend and would/will stay here again.

  Copper Vacations is a great property management company! When I was making my reservation I tried to explain what I was looking for and like magic, they picked the perfect little condo for me! The slope-side location was perfect and the condo was in excellent condition. It was clean, attractive and ready for us with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom towels were plush and the bedding for the sofa sleeper were high quality unlike many rental units. When I phoned the office with a question, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a perfect weekend get-a-way. Going to Copper Mountain? You gotta stay with Copper Vacations!

  When we first got there we could not find out how to get access to the office or the condo. With it being off season and after hours we ended up driving and wandering around until we found a random person for help, the host never answered our message for assistance. The amenities in the condo were poor; no basic spices like salt or pepper, the bathroom supplies were a trave bottle of shampoo and a bar of soap, the hand soap containers were all empty and there was nothing for us to refill, no basic kitchen supplies like foil or hot pads. In the kitchen there was a broken drawer and the curtains for the sliding door were broken. The house was outdated, tiles were chipped and cracked on the floor, the cupboard handles were caked with grease that I used a paper towel when opening up the cupboards. The fireplace was lovely and the location is ideal, close to the village and if you are skiing it is right at the base.

  Can't beat this location! Right on the mountain - walk to the lift and ski back to the front door. It's nothing fancy, but it was clean and comfortable - and perfect for our ski vacation.   We have stayed in Summit Co. several times, but this was our first time in Copper. Last weekend before serious snow, so most shops/restaurants were closed (after summer season, but before ski time). Good location nonetheless. Property is older--the photos don't really show the age--but clean and comfortable. Not many outlets to charge phones, etc. Very close to center village shops, so it would be ideal for busy season. Check in and out was very easy. We would stay here again. Would recommend, but know that it is not a shiny new condo.
